My client is located in the greater Trevose area and is seeking to add a Customer Service Representative to their team. They are looking for candidates who are seeking a long-term opportunity to gain great experience with a reputable corporation.

Must Haves:

  • 0-1 years of Customer Service/Call Center Experience OR 2-5 years of Collections
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Computer Literacy and ability to use Excel

Job Responsibilities:

Summary:

Provide empathy to customers by understanding their financial situation. Being in debt is an embarrassing situation, and my client wants to be empathetic and caring towards each customer's personal situation to provide the best experience.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Negotiate repayment plans on outstanding debt from customers
  • Make outbound calls to customers to discuss their financial situation
  • Discuss disposable income with customers and provide financial options to them
  • Speak with customers whose credit card has recently gone into repayment
  • Provide payment options to candidates while understanding their situation
  • Meet key performance indicators as outlined by management
  • Meet expected Quality and Compliance standards
  • Ability to communicate and negotiate with a variety of customers

*This is a Full-time opportunity from, Monday through Friday*
