This position provides quality customer service and support to customers on a daily basis, including phone interaction, problem resolution and account transaction processing in a timely manner. Under direct supervision, performs less complex operational tasks in a product or functional area, including processing, balancing, settling and servicing all types of security transactions. Responds to customer inquiries. Investigates and corrects errors in customer accounts and statements. Responds to customer verbal and/or written inquiries. Records details about customer inquiries. Helps resolve complicated customer complaints. Coordinates and expedites customer inquiries to other departments for resolution. Familiarity with MS Office required.
This is a call center environment. This is a large building with cubicles spread throughout the floor with multiple departments throughout the building.
Candidates are expected to field 50-100 inbound calls daily from customers (average is 40-60)
- Will be graded on call quality and adherence to security protocols
- Will be require to learn different types of accounts that customers will have questions on
- Someone who has experience in a Healthcare or Insurance Call Center could be a good fit- transferable skills

There is a 3-6 week training program for this role, the employees will be able to take their equipment home and work from home for the foreseeable future with the expectation of returning to office.
Candidates must be flexible with shifts between M-F, 8a-8p. The most common shift we've seen is 11:30a-8p.
