Organization Seeks Customer Service Representative!

A software company in Center City that provides third-party technology services for the healthcare industry is looking for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will answer phone calls and emails from customers, resolve customer issues, create and maintain documentation of customer incidents, set customers’ expectations and manage sensitive customer situations. The ideal Customer Service Representative must have a college degree and experience in a customer-facing position. Tech-savvy is a must. Ability to work with new technologies and quickly adapt is necessary for the position. This is a temporary-to-full-time opportunity.
