This position will be partnering with Bank of America and providing customer service and collecting on past due accounts, payments, default on credit cards, etc.
The Representative will provide empathy to customers by understanding their financial situation. Being in debt is an embarrassing thing, and the company wants to be empathetic and caring towards each customer's personal situation to provide the best experience.
- Negotiate repayment plans on outstanding debt from customers
- Make outbound calls to customers to discuss their financial situation
- Discuss disposable income with customers and provide financial options to them
- Speak with customers whose credit card has recently gone into repayment
- Provide payment options to candidates while understanding their situation
- Meet key performance indicators as outlined by management
- Meet expected Quality and Compliance standards
- Ability to communicate and negotiate with a variety of customers
The work environment is a Call Center specifically for Collections.
Training Hours: 2-3 Weeks M - F 8:00am - 5:00pm (IN OFFICE)
Hours: Monday - Thursday
(2) Days - 8:00am - 5:00pm
(2) Days - 11:00am - 8:00pm
Friday - 8:00am - 5:00pm
Saturday Hours 8:00am - 12:00pm - working a Saturday allows you to take an Early Day on the following Friday.
