Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Corporate Director of Finance position. This position is located at our Corporate Services Center in Fort Washington, PA.

In this role, you will be responsible for directing activities of budget process including annual meetings and preparation of budget materials, analyzing financial trends and incorporating in an annual multi-year projection for the corporation and affiliate entities, analyzing financial information on new and/or newly acquired properties and preparing financial feasibility studies that include five year projected financial results, overseeing treasury services including directing activities of daily cash management and cash forecasting, coordinating annual actuarial compilations, and managing annual update of resident disclosure statements.

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification or MBA is preferred
  • Minimum of five years' experience in budgeting and general ledger with progressively increasing responsibilities
