The Bookkeeper will be responsible for AP, AR, Data-Entry within QuickBooks, and a knowledge of various Accounting principles relative to construction or real estate (AIA Billings, etcetera).
Our client is a real estate development and construction company with a location in the Philadelphia area. They specialize in a variety of development, property management and construction services. They are looking for an individual who is eager to start in the real estate/property management space and looking to grow their career. The professional is required to go into the office at least 3 days/week. It is heavy on QuickBooks, and experience with CoConstruct or Appfolio is a plus.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for AP/AR, Bookkeeping, Data-Entry, and some property accounting as the firm grows. There is an existing part-time bookkeeper there now that will assist the individual with the transition and show how their systems work.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Work with a team in a proactive environment.
