Kelly Services is seeking a Biophysics Scientist for one of our biotechnology clients in Spring House, PA.
This is a 15 month contract and pay is negotiable.
The candidate will work within the biophysics group on the application of binding assays in support of the discovery of therapeutic candidates. The focus of this position will be to apply the existing high-throughput and high-resolution binding assays such SPR, MSD-CAT and KinExA to drive therapeutic programs from pre-clinical discovery to lead selection stages. The candidate will design and perform experiments with minimal supervision, analyze, report and document the results in accordance with established guidelines. The candidate is also expected to perform other duties as needed for everyday lab operation. Applicants with experience and proven track record in biophysical techniques and characterizing biomolecular interactions is required. Hands-on experience in SPR and add cell based binding assays experience as a plus.
