Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a full time direct hire Benefits Manager for a non-profit in Philadelphia.
The Benefits Manager will oversee and manage the design and delivery of cost effective health and welfare programs. This role will strategically position and administer health and welfare plans to enable the organization to be a competitive employer and fulfill the company’s strategic goals. The Benefits Manager works closely with the CHRO, HR Operations Manager, Fiscal Department and Leadership team to provide benefits offerings that are aligned with business needs and objectives utilizing data analytics, utilization reports etc.
The Benefits Manager will develop close working relationships with the company’s Benefits and 403 (b) Brokers and Fiscal Department. Key areas of focus includes: Open enrollment, cost containment, contract reviewing and the streamlining of manual processes through automation (ADP). Oversee negotiations with carriers in the vetting of benefits, premiums, services and administration.
