Job Description

 The Associate Director Marketing and Programs will own, lead and execute our employer brand strategy, supporting our modern employer agenda through the delivery of creative multi-channel attraction campaigns supporting the entire Talent COE. Collaborate with colleagues across our global businesses, including talent acquisition, internal and external communications teams, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Learning & Development, and external agencies and other partners to deliver and measure effective attraction strategies and build engagement across experienced hire and university recruitment. With a passion for creativity and all things digital, you’ll develop social media content and our global careers sites, and explore new, innovative technologies to make maximum impact.   


Employer Branding 

  • Drive our employer brand value proposition on a global level and define strategy to bring value proposition to life across all external channels including social and web 

  • Partner closely with global communications to uncover employee stories and work with our preferred agencies to bring these stories to life 

  • Bring modern, innovative, and attractive approaches and strategies to build a best-in-class employer brand 

  • Act as a brand steward within the company and with various partners to reinforce value proposition and ensure alignment of marketing programs. 

External Careers Site/Employee Referral Program 

  • Own and manage our external careers page, partnering with global communications on ongoing user experience and content refreshes. Administer Employee Referral Program. 

Marketing Plan & Communications 

  • Create and execute internal and external Talent Marketing Plan and Communications across the entire COE working with key stakeholders to prepare communications for events such as HBA awards, ELS and Development Days.  

Analytics and Continuous Improvement/ Process Documentation 

  • Perform program analysis and establish and track key metric reporting that define success for the brand, social and web data, social listening data and alternative resources. Ensure key performance indicators are identified. Provide data-driven, analytical insights to the Talent LT to enable effective decision making and the achievement of strategic objectives. Leverage the use of specific business intelligence and benchmarking data to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Create and maintain process documentation.

  • Undergraduate degree in relevant discipline essential, preferably with post-graduate qualifications 


  • Proven ability to adapt to change in dynamic fast-paced environment 

  • Experience leading the development of employee-centric content for social channels 

  • Data driven 

  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously – excellent project and time management skills 

  • Strong communication skills – ability to convey a message through inspiration and influence 


  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and create innovative strategies to translate the organization’s short and long-term goals leveraging traditional and digital marketing channels 

  • Strong communication and presentation skills with proven ability to translate complex ideas into understandable information 

  • Proven networking, stakeholder management and influencing skills and ability to share knowledge and experience amongst colleagues and build constructive, effective relationships at multiple levels 

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to make better strategic marketing decisions, use budget effectively and drive better long-term results  

  • Cross cultural sensitivity demonstrating understanding and acceptance of different cultural parameters
