The Assistant Director of the Fox School of Business Executive Education, reporting directly to the Managing Director, manages the logistics of executive education programs, provides project management support, sales support, course development support, and acts as a liaison for all clients. This role assists in the development of proposals and contracts and oversees the execution of components of all workshops, series, inward immersions, and other executive education programs with the overall goal of fostering strong relationships that drive executive education revenue. In addition, the Assistant Director works with the Managing Director and Associate Director to drive continuous quality improvement by supporting the development of new and existing programs and by executing events and other continued engagement points for existing clients. The incumbent coordinates and monitors all program-specific evaluation efforts, including but not limited to surveys, focus groups and continuous quality improvement meetings. The incumbent maintains the executive education CRM, and student/alumni engagement. The incumbent will work closely with the Associate Director of marketing and communications to devise new and innovative tactics to generate and convert quality leads into sales. The incumbent will monitor the sales process, client relationships, faculty relations, the delivery of executive education sessions, presentations, open-enrollment (i.e., Women’s Leadership Series) and customized/adhoc events (client bespoke events).

This is a hybrid position.

Required Education & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of related program administrative experience including working with senior level executives, project management support, sales support event and meeting planning. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

  • Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a high-level of professionalism in person, by phone, and via email, including a high comfort level with an executive audience.
  • A demonstrated ability to work concurrently on multiple projects with varying timelines.
  • Excellent communication skills, including writing, proofreading, and speaking (online professionalism included).
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to interact effectively with a diverse group of executives, faculty, and staff, both in-person and online.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential materials.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work as a team player across multiple levels.
  • Ability to run Web-based programs.
  • Strong proficiency in computer systems and various software applications (including Microsoft Office Suite, Banner, GoogleDrive, and Zoom, or other similar systems) and ability to oversee complex databases.
  • Ability to pivot in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to travel to locations that may not be accessible via public transportation as well as national. Ability to travel internationally should the need arise.
  • Ability to work nights and/or weekends, as necessary.
  • Experience in the Executive Education field is a plus, but not required.

This position is temporarily assigned a hybrid work arrangement (on-campus and remote), the duration of this hybrid work arrangement is at the discretion of Temple University and the Department.
