ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT SPECIALIST

One of The Select Groups top clients is looking for an Administrative Support Specialist to join their team in Burlington, NJ! The idea candidate can be entry level or have a few years of experience. Typical responsibilities will include providing clerical and administrative assistance to the office. If you are looking to support a growing engineer company, please apply.

ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT SPECIALIST REQUIREMENTS:

  • 0-2 years of experience in an Administrative role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Background working with Microsoft programs (Word, powerpoint, excel.)
  • Self-driven, trainable, professional, and high energy

ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide clerical and administrative assistance to office.
  • Manage and input data into company database
  • Processing permit packages, driving permits and send check to the local permit office (will train)
  • Someone comfortable juggling multiple tasks and wearing many hats
