Job Details for Administrative Coordinator:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday - 8 AM to 4 PM or 9 AM to 5 PM
  • Pay Rate: $18/HR
  • Contract to hire

Job Responsibilities & Description for Administrative Coordinator:

  • Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for invoices and expenses
  • Administrative Coordinator will handle budget management
  • Administrative Coordinator will ensure things are running properly throughout the building
  • Administrative Coordinator will submit requests to maintenance for additional resources, repairs, and general maintenance

Job Requirements for Administrative Coordinator:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong Microsoft skills especially Excel
  • Must have a strong attention to detail
