Job Details for Administrative Assistant:

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
  • Pay Rate: $18-22/hr
  • Temporary to Permanent Hire

Job Responsibilities & Description for Administrative Assistant:

  • Answer phones
  • Inventory control and maintain logs of equipment
  • Schedule and calendar maintenance
  • Provide office and administrative support

Job Requirements for Administrative Assistant:

  • 5+ years of administrative experience
  • Health care experience ideal
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Needs to be reliable, adaptable, and flexible
