Stable company in the Radnor, PA area is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant with insurance industry experience. This Administrative Assistant will support a small team by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. As the Administrative Assistant, you will handle daily data entry, prepare, and draft correspondence, generate reports and presentations and keep all records updated within the company’s internal record keeping system.

Primary Duties

  • Provide real-time clerical support
  • Maintain filing system as assigned
  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Assist with outstanding billing issues
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Prepare written summaries when needed
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Proofread and edit documents
  • Research and create presentations
  • Handle multiple projects
