We will count on you to:

· Assist consultants with projects and proposals

· Act as a central contact for external clients and Mercer colleagues; communicate on behalf of consultants

· Project manage all administrative tasks for consultants

What you need to have:

· At least 2 years of experience in an administrative capacity

· Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

· High attention to detail to ensure accuracy

· Possess written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with external customers and colleagues

· Strong computer literacy, including the ability to pick up new technologies and navigate multiple systems without assistance

· Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, trust and confidentiality

· Good problem solving and judgment capabilities with strong initiative

· Advanced proficiency and strong working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
