Robert Half Talent Solutions has teamed up with a global services company on their search for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will provide clerical support to management and staff by handling a variety of tasks such as scheduling appointments, planning meetings, ordering office supplies, and maintaining an accurate and organized record keeping system. Ideally, we would like an Administrative Assistant with experience in a corporate environment working with senior management.

Primary Duties

•       Calendar Management

•       Write and distribute email communications

•       Generate reports

•       Screen and route phones calls

•       Prepare meeting agendas

•       Assist with conference calls

•       Greet and assist visitors

•       Collate and distribute mail

•       Book travel arrangements

•       Submit and reconcile expense reports
