Reputable client in the Greater Philadelphia area seeks an Accounting and Finance Manager with strong investments experience. In this Accounting and Finance Manager, the ideal candidate must have experience managing and coordinating the internal audit process, possess the ability to advice management on prospective financial plans, and oversee daily operations of the accounting and finance department. This candidate will also enforce appropriate accounting methods and leadership to optimize future revenues.

Primary Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze accounting data
• Coordinate month end process
• Prepare and maintain cash flow analysis
• Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger
• Improve systems and procedures
• Oversee and review payroll processing
• Coordinate and complete annual audits
• Ensure compliance with federal/state policies, procedures, and regulations
• Manage and monitor company investments
• Develop annual budget
• Aid the Controller as needed
• Assist as backup support for payroll processing
• Train, mentor, and coach staff
