PeopleShare has an exciting opportunity for an Accountant with an insurance provider in Newtown Square! As the Accountant, you will assist with the daily recording of claims, disability, and pension related activity along with other accounting functions.

Job Details for Accountant:

  • Monday-Friday 8AM-4PM (37.5 hours)
  • Pay Rate: $25.00/hr

Job Responsibilities of Accountant:

  • Prepare monthly pension, payroll, account analyses, and bank reconciliations
  • Daily recording of claims, disability, and pension related activity
  • Other accounting responsibilities such as AP, AR, and financial reporting

Job Requirements for Accountant:

  • Associate or Bachelors degree in Accounting
  • 2-5 years of related work experience in Accounting
  • Proficient with Word and Excel
