Quickly growing, mid-sized law firm seeks an in-house accountant. This position offers an opportunity for growth with the firm, which has seen steady, year-over-year growth of + 15%. Successful candidate will be manage all accounting functions, and work closely with operations staff to generate usable data for business analytics. In addition to daily bookkeeping responsibilities, successful candidate will be responsible for identifying areas of improvement, as well as a strategic plan and tax planning. Successful candidate will work with the firm's accountants, and serve as a liaison with vendors. This position will report directly to the managing partner, and work in concert to promote continued success.
Requirements include: proficiency in Quickbooks, mastery of trust accounting,computer literacy, and exceptional organizational skills. Individual must be a self-starter, as well as able to work as part of a team.
A Certified Public Accountant is preferred, but not required.
